The property needed to stand out in a competitive rental market where guests decide quickly. Key details were scattered, which created unnecessary questions and reduced inquiry quality.
Approach
I rebuilt page flow around the guest journey: first impression visuals, stay highlights, amenities, location context, then a clear inquiry action. Content was reorganized to answer practical booking questions early while preserving an aspirational brand feel.
Outcome
The site now supports stronger first impressions, reduces repetitive pre-booking questions, and gives ownership a polished direct-link asset for referrals and multi-channel promotion and led to $2,500 dollars in sales for the rental property.
